This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe the prices for the rooms considering the level of service and attention to detail provided. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was near the Ameerpet metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and ensuring that all basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, with a cozy bed and good facilities. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was simply delicious, providing a great start to the day.

The hotel boasts a central location in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore the area. It is situated close to the metro station, making transportation a breeze. there are several good restaurants and eateries in the vicinity.

Some areas of the hotel might require significant improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

My Xmas vacation was rather disappointing. The hotel had two good things going for it; a relatively central location close to shops and restaurants, and a clean and tidy room with all the necessary amenities. I enjoyed the free WiFi that was provided throughout the hotel.

There were several things that did not live up to expectations. the customer service was incredibly slow and inefficient, taking up to half an hour to check in.

The breakfast and lunch were complimentary and actually quite good. the hotel is in a prime location near many restaurants and shops. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

the bathroom was not clean and there were several insects that remained after the cleaning staff visited.
